Glow Recipe cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the address or the shipping method.   

If you need to cancel an order, please refuse the shipment by taking it back to your local post office unopened, and email order@glowrecipe.com with your order number and tracking information.
